ABDUCTED FIVE YEARS OLD GIRL RECOVERED WITHIN TWO HOURS : TWO ACCUSED ARRESTED Staff of PS Shahbad Dairy arrested two accused persons namely Sanjay Yadav (24 years) s/o Vishnu Dev r/o Village Kanchanpur, PS Chhatarpur, District Palmu, Jharkhand and Ms. Savitri (20 years) d/o Baldev Singh r/o Village Aldia, PS Balumath, District Latehar, Jharkhand and recovered 5 years old abducted girl namely Sangeeta within two hours.
BRIEF FACTS / INCIDENT :
On 04.07.10 at 6.35 PM, a PCR call received at PS Shahbad Dairy regarding kidnapping of a minor girl from Sector-5, Bawana. Immediately, Inspr. Dinesh Kumar, SHO/Shahbad Dairy along with staff rushed to the spot where Smt. Champa Devi (mother of abducted girl) w/o Ranthu r/o Village Aldia, PS Balumath, District Latehar, Jharkhand reported that earlier she was working on daily wages at the construction site in Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak under the supervision of contractor Sanjay Yadav. She further stated that two months ago, she had left the work and started to work in Sector-5, Bawana. Presently, she was residing in JJ cluster near DSIDC and while she was going to Metro Vihar Market for purchasing some vegetables etc. along with her two daughters namely Sangeeta (5 years) and Anita (7 years), accused Sanjay Yadav along with Savitri came on a blue coloured Motor Cycle, bearing Registration No. UP-16S-5288 (TVS Star City) and kidnapped her daughter Sangeeta forcibly and threatened her to work at his construction site otherwise she will have to face dire consequences. On the statement of complainant Smt. Champa Devi, a case vide FIR No. 131/2010 u/s 365/506/34 IPC PS Shahbad Dairy was registered and investigation taken up.
TEAM / INVESTIGATION : A team comprising of Inspr. Dinesh Kumar, SHO/Shahbad Dairy, ASI Anil Tiwari, HC Nareshpal and Ct. Charan Singh was constituted. W.T. Message regarding the kidnapped girl and alleged Motor Cycle was flashed and picket staff was alerted. At around 8.30 PM, accused persons while trying to cross the picket at Begumpur-Barwala Road, the alerted members of team nabbed both the accused and rescued the kidnapped girl. Both accused were arrested and Motor Cycle used in commission of crime was seized.
INTERROGATION : During the course of interrogation, accused Sanjay Yadav revealed that earlier Smt. Champa Devi (complainant) was working at his construction site in Rohtak on daily wages but she had left the work from there which he did not like. In order to pressurize her to work at his construction site, he conspired a plan with Savitri to kidnap the daughter of Champa Devi.

He is a contractor by profession and used to take contracts of construction in Haryana and Delhi since 2003. He is married and has wife, mother, father, 3 brothers/sisters in his family.
Accused Savitri (20 years) d/o Baldev Singh r/o Village Aldia, PS Balumath, District Latehar, Jharkhand is illiterate and belongs to poor family. In order to fulfill the day-to-day requirement of her family, she had come to Delhi and started work at the construction site of Sanjay Yadav as he was known to her and belongs to Jharkhand.

Shivaji s/o Tuka Ram r/o A-4/23 Nand Nagri Delhi aged about 26 years, Special Staff of North East District police has busted a gang of burglars and worked out seven cases of burglary and House theft including one case of violent burglary. Stolen jewellery worth Rs 2 lakh have been recovered from their possession.
A team consisting of SI Jai Bhagwan, SI Ajay Singh Negi, ASI Ram Pal, HC Anil, HC Ram Kishan, HC Azad Singh, Const. Gurcharan and Const. Neeraj was constituted under the close supervision of Sh. S S Hasan, ACP/Operation Cell /North-East District, Delhi to investigate the matter.
On 4-07-10, at about 11.30 PM information was received through a informer that a gang of burglars will visit the receiver at A-4/ 23 Nand Nagri for disposal of stolen jewellery. Accordingly a trap was laid down and three burglars namely Pawan s/o Vijay Kumar, Jamil s/o Bundu Khan and Asgar s/o Fakeera were apprehended red handed while disposing the stolen articles/jewellery to the receiver Shivaji s/o Tukaram. Stolen golden jewellery worth Rs 2 Lakhs and silver worth Rs 25,000/- recovered.
On sustained interrogation, the accused persons Pawan s/o Vijay Kumar , Jamil s/o Bundu Khan and Asgar s/o Fakeera revealed that they are presently living in the vicinity of area of Gokul Puri and Karawal Nagar and are committing house burglaries and theft in the area of Gokul Puri and Karawal Nagar since last 3-4 months. They further revealed that in the first week of May 2010 they entered in a house at Munga Nagar, Gokul Puri, Delhi and found one lady and kid present in the house. They forcibly committed theft in the said house by showing arms to the lady and kid. They further revealed that their associates namely Sabbir s/o Ibrahim and Babu s/o Parsu Ram are also involved with them in these house burglaries/theft. They had committed several house theft/burglaries in the areas of Gokul Puri and Karawal Nagar, Delhi. They also disclosed that they are regularly disposing the stolen articles to Shivaji who is running a jewellery shop from his house in Nand Nagri, Delhi. During the course of investigation Sabbir and Babu were also apprehended.
Further investigation / interrogation are in progress and efforts are being made to affect more recovery.

He is a permanent resident of District- Aligarh (UP). Earlier he used to work as a halwai in Karawal Nagar but later formed the gang to earn quick money. He is the gang leader. Earlier he was arrested u/s 107/151 Cr PC from PS Dilshad Garden, Delhi.
Jamil s/o Bundu Khan is a permanent resident of village- Bunna Taga, Tehsil- Zevar, Gautam Budh Nagar, UP and is aged about 35 years. He is presently residing in Kachi colony, Indra Puri, Loni, UP and has studied up to 9th class. He has two brothers and one sister. He came to Delhi in search of a job before six month. He came in contact with Pawan and started committing crimes. Earlier also he was arrested in a case of bag theft from PS Shahdara, Delhi.
Asgar s/o Fakeera r/o Village- Sarai Takiya, PS – Chand Pur, Buland Shahar, UP is aged about 36 years and presently living in Kachi colony, Indra Puri, Loni, UP. He joined the gang with his maternal uncle Sabbir to earn quick money. He is illiterate.
Sabbir s./o Ibrahim r/o Mugal Pura, Bunda Wala Chowk, Khurja, District Buland Shahar, UP, is aged about 28 years and presently living in Kachi colony, Indra Puri, Loni, UP. He joined the gang on the behest of Jamil to earn quick money.
Babu s/o Parsu Ram is a permanent resident of village – Sarai Chabbila, PS – New Mandi, Buland Shahar, UP, and presently living in Rama Garden, Karawal Nagar, Delhi. He is aged about 35 years He has studied up to 8th class. He has three brothers and two sisters. He is neighbour of accused Pawan. He came in contact with Pawan and started committing crimes to earn easy and quick money.
Shivaji s/o Tuka Ram is presently living in a rented accommodation at H No. A-4/23 Nand Nagri Delhi and is aged about 26 years. He is a permanent resident of Village- Daya Veti, PS and District- Bijapur, Karnataka. He has studied up to 3rd standard and came to Delhi about 10 years back and started working in Jewellery Shop. About 1 year back he left the job and started purchasing stolen properties particularly jewellery items.

ROBBER WANTED IN SIX CRIMINAL CASES ARRESTED WITH TWO STOLEN MOTOR CYCLES AND ONE COUNTRY MADE PISTOL
With the arrest of Afzal @ Abdul s/o Mohd. Umar r/o M-227, Sunder Nagri, Delhi aged about 22 years, Special Staff of North East District police solved one case of abduction cum dacoity of PS Adarsh Nagar, one auto theft case of PS M S Park, one auto theft case of PS Nand Nagri, one auto theft case of PS Dwarka, one robbery case of PS N U Pur, one robbery case of PS Rohini and one robbery case of PS Connaught Place. Two stolen motor cycles, one country made pistol with two live cartridges recovered.
TEAM AND THE INCIDENT
A team consisting of SI Ajay Singh Negi, SI Jai Bhagwan, ASI Mohinder Singh, ASI Bijender Singh, HC Dinesh, HC Upender, Ct. Sachin and Ct. Pardeep was constituted under the close supervision of Sh. S. S. Hasan, ACP/operation cell /North-East District, Delhi to investigate the matter.
On 4-07-10, at about 5.20 pm police team was conducting surprise vehicle checking at Wazirabad Road, Nand Nagri, Delhi. Secret Information was received that Afzal above who is wanted in dacoity cum abduction case of PS Adarsh Nagar and several other robbery cases will come to Sunder Nagri, Delhi in a stolen bike with illicit arms. Accordingly a trap was laid down and at about 05.50 pm, one person was found coming in a black colour pulsar M/Cycle from Bhopura border to Gagan T-point. At the instance of secret informer the motor cycle rider was directed to stop for checking who tried to escape but was apprehended by the police team. Casual search of motor cycle rider was taken and one country made pistol with two live cartridges were recovered. On verification the motor cycle was also found stolen from PS M S Park vide FIR No. 139/10 u/s 379 IPC. On further interrogation of Afzal and verification of record he was also found wanted in 6 more other criminal cases.
On sustained interrogation, Afzal revealed that in March 2010 he along with his associates namely Aakash, Chandan, Mukesh and Karan stole one Maruti Alto car from the area of PS Nand Nagri, Delhi. They abducted one employee of Multinational Company from area of PS Adarsh Nagar and robbed his belongings including lap top, mobile phones etc. He further revealed that they escorted the abducted employee to Darya Ganj and Durga Puri and forced him to withdraw cash from the ATMs. After robbing the employee they abandoned him near the area of New Usman Pur and again looted one person in the area of PS New Usman Pur. They all committed four robberies on the same night in the area of Police Stations Rohini, New Usman Pur, Connaught Place and Kashmiri Gate.
Further investigation / interrogation are in progress and efforts are being made to apprehend the other persons.

Afzal @ Abdul s/o Mohd. Umar r/o M-227, Sunder Nagri, Delhi is aged about 22 years. He is a school dropout and left study after primary education. His brother Parvesh is also a History Sheeter of PS Nand Nagri, Delhi.
With the arrest of six accused, the South District Police has solved a sensational Murder Case reported vide FIR No. 118/10 U/S 365/302/201/120B/34 IPC, PS Sarojini Nagar, Delhi, in which two lovers belonging to different caste got murdered in the most brutal manner at the hands of close family members and relatives.

INCIDENT, TEAM & ARREST: On 27.06.10, complainant Keshav S/o Dharampal R/o Nasirpur, Dwarka, Delhi reported about the missing of his younger brother Uttam Kumar since 19.06.10, who was working at Electricity Division, CPWD, Safdarjung Hospital, from his residence i.e. H.No. 2120, Netaji Nagar, Delhi.
On the basis of the missing report, an extensive verification of facts was conducted. The preliminary enquiry revealed that missing Uttam Kumar last went to the area of Bharthal. Hence, the concentration in the area of Bharthal was intensified. During the course of enquiry, it was revealed that the missing Uttam Kumar was a Jatav by caste and was in love with a lady namely Anju, who belongs to Balmiki caste and she had eloped with him 12 months back. However, the lady Anju had already been murdered by her husband Karambir in the intervening nights of 22-23.06.10 at her house i.e. Harijan Mohalla, Village Bharthal, Kapashera, Delhi and the accused had admitted to killing his wife without disclosing the entire story in Case FIR No. 110/10 U/S 302 IPC PS Kapashera.
On the statement of Keshav who raised an apprehension of some mishap with his brother, a Case FIR No. 118/10, U/S 365/34 IPC PS Sarojini Nagar was registered. Keeping the sensitivity of the matter in view, a special police team comprising Insp Ramesh Kakkar, SHO Sarojini Nagar, Insp Anil Sharma, Insp Investigation, Insp Subhash Chandra, SI Sanjeev Mandal, SI Manvender and Ct. Devender Singh, under the overall supervision of Sh. Mohinder Singh, ACP Safdarjung Enclave was formed and extensive search was carried out to trace the kidnapped Uttam Kumar.
They all dragged Uttam Kumar in Alto Car No. DL2CZ 1768 and drove away towards N.H.8, Jaipur Highway. The injured Uttam Kumar tried to resist but was immediately overpowered by the accused persons. When they reached Toll Bridge Manesar, the injured raised an alarm, on which the accused raised the volume of the stereo and once they crossed the toll bridge, they strangulated him with the rope. After driving down 15 Kms from Manesar, they threw the dead body in a 100 Feet deep secluded well on Sabi River Bridge, Dharuhera, Distt Rewari believing that nobody will ever know the fate of the dead body.
uring the course of further investigation, house to house verification was conducted and numerous persons were interrogated to ascertain about the where about of Uttam Kumar. The verification revealed that Anju was simultaneously having a relationship with another person namely Naveen Kumar who is her immediate neighbour and working as a driver with a Bank Manager in Dwarka. She was in constant contact with him for the last few months and on the intervening night of 19-20.06.10, was in frequent contact with her. During sustained interrogation of Naveen Kumar, he confessed startling facts about the murder of Uttam Kumar alongwith Karambir, husband of Anju, his brothers namely Deepak, Manoj and Shokeen and one of the bother- in-law namely Rishi. His thourough custodial interrogation further revealed that on the intervening night of 19-20.06.10, the husband of the deceased, Karambir had gone to attend the Birthday Party of his brother-in-law Rishi at Ayurvigyan Nagar, AIIMS. The lady Anju, who was alone at her house was having frequent talk with Naveen without letting him know that she had already invited her close friend deceased Uttam Kumar at her house. After finishing the conversation, Naveen had taken his meal and went out for stroll in the lane and found that one Motorcycle was parked outside Anju’s house. He got suspicious and called Anju but her Mobile Phone was found to be switched off. He knocked the door on which Anju peeped from inside the room but didn’t open it. The accused Naveen got infuriated and called the brother of Karambir (Manoj, aged 27 years), who further called Karambir and two of his cousins namely Shokeen, aged 23 yrs and Jagphool @ Deepak, aged 25 Yrs. In the meantime, Anju’s brother namely Rishi, aged 21 years also reached at the spot. They all barged into the house and caught hold of the deceased and started thrashing him black and blue with fists, “lathies” and iron chains. In criminal conspiracy with each other, they hatched a plan to kill and dispose off the body. They all dragged Uttam Kumar in Alto Car No. DL2CZ 1768 and drove away towards N.H.8, Jaipur Highway. The injured Uttam Kumar tried to resist but was immediately overpowered by the accused. When they reached Toll Bridge Manesar, the injured raised an alarm, on which the accused raised the volume of the stereo and once they crossed the toll bridge, they strangulated him with the rope. After driving down 15 Kms from Manesar, they threw the dead body in a 100 Feet deep secluded well on Sabi River Bridge, Dharuhera, Distt Rewari believing that nobody will ever know the fate of the dead body. Returning back after disposing off the body, they again drove down approx. 50 Kms. on Main Rohtak Road and threw the Motorcyle of the deceased in the Gurgoan Canal near village Asoda, Distt Jhajjar on Main Rohtak Road in 15 feet deep water.
A widespread search was made by the raiding party to apprehend the remaining accused persons and after repeated raids in the NCR region, continuous efforts and deployment of numerous sources, the remaining accused Jagphool @ Deepak S/o Satbir, Shokeen S/o Satbir, Manoj S/o Banwari, all R/o Harijan Basti, Bharthal and Rishi S/o Ramdas, R/o Ayurvigan Nagar were apprehended and arrested in a swift manner in a few hours.
T The accused persons took the police party to Sabi river Bridge, Distt. Rewari to recover the dead body of deceased Uttam Kumar where it was learned that the dead body was already recovered by the local police of PS Dharuhere and a Case FIR No. 186/10 U/S 302/201/34 IPC was registered after conducting the Post-Mortem of the dead body. The brother of the deceased identified the dead body by the photograph and the belongings. he accused persons took the police party to Sabi river Bridge, Distt. Rewari to recover the dead body of deceased Uttam Kumar where it was learned that the dead body was already recovered by the local police of PS Dharuhere and a Case FIR No. 186/10 U/S 302/201/34 IPC was registered after conducting the Post-Mortem of the dead body. The brother of the deceased identified the dead body by the photograph and the belongings. After mammoth search of the Gurgaon Canal, the Motorcycle belonging to the deceased recovered at the instance of the accused was recovered from 15 feet deep water adjacent to Railway overbridge on the canal. The Alto Car used in the commission of the crime belonging to the accused Rishi has also been recovered from Ayurvigyan Nagar.
Further investigation of the case is under progress.
