Water, which is used to control the varying temperatures of degrees, inside and outside the body, is commonly used to reduce body pain. Warm water can help muscles relax, while in a heated form, it reduces inflammation, because it increases the blood flow. People can also use water when exercising. A good example is swimming. A non-impact exercise, such as swimming, assists in keeping blood pressure, breathing and diabetes under control. Alternately, walking in water strengthens leg muscles. Children, who swim, can also benefit through the freedom of movement.

Complex sentence used to join two ides together.

Talk about water in its natural state, then move on to discuss water when it is warm, then hot. This allows the examiner to see that you understand coherence and cohesion.

There are so many choices when it comes to which movie is the best. Prior to deciding, it is important to consider the meaning of it.
Without a doubt, my favourite movie is Titanic. This is probably because I enjoy history and the sinking of the Titanic is a huge part of history. It is not an average love story because the two main characters, Jack and Rose, fall in love while on the liner. Jack, who is rather poor, falls for the very wealthy Rose, who comes from the upper class of society.
This movie bought me wonderful memories, through the music and taught me about the dangers of icebergs. The main song in the movie, ‘My heart will go on’, which was sung by Celine Dion, gives me strength when I feel down. The actual sinking of the ship is something I could never understand since I have never seen an iceberg.
So, to visit a movie studio would give me the chance to know more about the stunts and special effects used in movies. That is, I cannot see how the directors (and actors) were able to film the people jumping into the freezing water, or how the iceberg tore the ship along its side. To visit a movie studio would be a dream come true!

Dear Head Teacher,
The news that our school has received such a large amount of money has really got people’s minds thinking! There are three things our school desperately needs – computers, sports equipment and extra books.
Presently, the ratio of computers to students is greatly imbalanced. For example, students often complain that, once school has finished, it is impossible to use a computer since there are only 20 in the lab and in excess of 250 students! What chance do students have of being able to complete schoolwork when it is so difficult to use one of the computers?
Sport, which is also popular with students of an afternoon, has little equipment. For the boys there are basketballs and soccer balls, but for the girls there are only a few skipping ropes and a couple of broken badminton bats. How fair is that?

To make matters worse, most of the books in our library are out of date (by 10 years or more) or damaged beyond repair. Some quality textbooks are what is required if we are to gain high grades at school.

I hope these ideas are useful to you.
Regards,
Wen Jia Bao
