Eric Posas, Flash Developer

5301 Alpha Rd. Apt. #310, Dallas, TX 75240

I've been animating and using Flash as a development tool for over 10 years now, since I was about 14. I work primarily in the Adobe Flash IDE, but I also develop using FlashBuilder and FlashDevelop with a variety of AS3 frameworks.

I've also developed my portfolio/portal website ESP Animation ( which has been up since 2008. It has seen numerous updates and redesigns.. and is currently ready for another.

For the past year, I've worked for TM Advertising as their sole Flash Developer doing everything from video editing to interactive Flash banners. Before my current position, I freelanced and created independent Flash games for various websites (including Newgrounds, Bored, and Armor Games).
I’m constantly learning new skills and I stay up to date with current trends in technology concerning the web, apps, and games. If I’m not at my day job, I’m usually at home coding a new project or learning a new tool that could come in handy at a later point in time. In other words, when I’m not working, I’m working.
