  5. PUT ON A NEW SCREEN DOOR, NOT THE CHEAP KIND, BUT A GOOD LOOKING ONE.

  6. PAINT THE FRONT AND BACK DOORS AND FRAMES. YOU NEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION.

  7. EDGE THE SIDEWALK AND DRIVEWAY.

  8. MOW THE GRASS EVERY OTHER DAY. YOU CANNOT IMAGINE HOW NICE MOWING OFTEN MAKES THE LAWN LOOK; WATER, FERTILIZE, “KILL ALL THE WEEDS”!

  9. TAKE OUT ALL OF THE WINDOW SCREENS. SEE HOW NICE IT MAKES THE WINDOWS LOOK! CLEAN THE WINDOWS OFTEN!

  14. CAULK THE TUB TO GIVE IT A NEW LOOK, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CERAMIC TILE.

  15. BOTTOM LINE, YOU MUST MAKE YOUR HOUSE LOOK NEW, UPDATE, UPDATE, UPDATE! NO ISSUES FOR A BUYER TO USE TO “WALK AWAY”.

  44. PUT A NEW LID ON THE TOILET – AND NOT A CHEAP ONE! (NEARLY EVERYONE NEEDS A NEW LID!)
