Wild Animal Sanctuary Tour

African Lions and more! The Wild Animal Sanctuary has been rescuing exotic wildlife and endangered species since 1980, and is currently home to more than 290 Lions, Tigers, Bears, Jaguars, Leopards and other wildlife. Since our last visit, they have added a number of new habitats and rescued over 100 new animals. Note: Fee includes transportation, admission, tour and escort. Lunch on your own at the Pepper Pod. Located in Keenesburg, CO.

Denver Performing Arts Center

We’ll go backstage, on stage and everywhere in between at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. It’s the world’s largest performance facility under one roof and home to the Theatre Company, Broadway tours, Colorado Ballet, Colorado Symphony and Opera Colorado. Then we’ll go to the 16th Street Mall for lunch and strolling. Note: Fee includes transportation, tour and escort. Lunch cost is on your own at 16th Street Mall restaurants.

ScotFest Tattoo

The Longs Peak Scottish-Irish Highlands Festival Military Tattoo is known throughout the world for its beautiful mountain setting and powerful performances. The word “tattoo” means: evening drum, bugle, or piper signal recalling soldiers to quarters. The modern version is a parade ground concert of top military bands. Note: Price includes transportation, entrance fee and escort. Dinner cost is on your own. Performance is in Estes Park.

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers”

All boisterous fun and romance! Set in the Oregon wilderness in 1850. Millie, a young bride plans to civilize and marry off her six rowdy brothers-in-law to ensure the success of her own marriage. The plan backfires when the brothers, in their enthusiasm, kidnap six women from a nearby town to be their brides. Colorado Rapids Soccer Game

Come cheer on the Colorado Rapids, Denver’s professional soccer team, as they play inter-division rival Seattle Sounders. Capitol Steps”

The Capitol Steps began over 30 years ago as a group of Senate staffers who set out to satirize the very people and places that employed them. Church Basement Ladies 2:A Second Helping”

WY Territorial Prison Tour

We’ll tour the Wyoming Territorial Prison State Historic Site in Laramie which has an incredibly rich history. Run as a federal (territorial) and state prison from 1872 to 1903, it was dedicated to “evil doers of all classes and kinds.” The most famous of these was Robert LeRoy Parker, better known as “Butch Cassidy.” Note: Fee includes motor coach transport, entrance fee, guided tour, lunch and escort. Buffet lunch at Cavalryman Steakhouse. Moderate walking. Wear comfortable shoes.

Chiluly Lights

Experience the works of American artist, Dale Chihuly, at the Rocky Mountain area’s first major outdoor artwork exhibition at the Denver Botanic Gardens. CSU Halloween Organ Extravaganza

CSU’s wildly popular annual concert, featuring the world-renowned Casavant organ, includes ghoulishly-great music performed by costumed performers, including CSU organ professor Joel Bacon, organ students, and guest musicians. Mexico has always been a land of adventure, mystery, and the unexpected. Based on Bill Behrenbruch’s 20 plus years of travel through the Sierra Madre mountains, viewers are transported to

a place seldom seen by outsiders. In these mountains destinations exist as grand as Yosemite, the Grand Canyon, Mesa Verde, and Zion. Note: Fee includes transportation, ticket, and escort. Show is at UCCC in Greeley.

AlloSource Tour

A fascinating tour of AlloSource, a nonprofit founded to honor and respect the gift of human tissue donation by responsibly developing, processing and distributing over 200 types of life-saving and life-enhancing allografts.
