Work on the design of a revolutionary new mainstream SIMD camera.
Conducted SIMD CCTV camera menu tree test. Test the menu options and functions, and verify the accuracy of the on screen menus.
Conducted resolution test and analysis for SIMD CCTV camera and compare its performance with other CCTV cameras. MTF of the video system is computed.
Conducted low light sensitivity test and performance analysis for SIMD CCTVcamera. Luminance level, black level, chroma level, SNR and resolution are measured.
Conducted colorimetry test and analysis for SIMD CCTV camera under fluorescent, tungsten, sodium and mercury lighting. Conducted ATW white balance performance analysis and dynamic range analysis for SIMD CCTV camera.
Conducted test and analysis of OEM CCTV cameras including Larry, Baxall, DFA, CBC varifocal board level cameras, Fujitsu, Sony, Kodak, Panasonic and Hitachi cameras etc.
Conducted research on motion compensation algorithm and its application in the shake removal of video signals.
Conducted research on pseudo-color algorithm and its application in low light video signals.

Instrumentally collected data relating to defect characterization on image sensor IR-blocking filters.
Performed thorough analysis on the collected data that helped SiliconFilm to define a defect specification and a set of acceptance criteria for these critical system components.
Developed a set of color correction coefficients and measured the accuracy of those coefficients using standard color science metrics.
