LBi for M&S (London) – Senior Producer /UX Consultant &

  • Management – With focus on Q/A & UX - I orchestrated the delivery of all key onsite projects/campaigns and events.

  • Other day-to-day - Key point of contact for all external (supplier) projects due for delivery into the main M&S website. I managed the expectations of multiple stakeholders including - copywriters, traders, marketing managers and other management in web operations (representing the user of the website). Ran interviews and made key decisions in regard to recruiting for the design/development and production team. Facilitated new processes to improve workflow and reduce costs.
