Board of Appeals will hold A PUBLIC HEARING ON WEDNESDAY EVENING JULY 15, 2015 AT 7:00 P.M. in ROOM 202, CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, HAVERHILL, CITY HALL, to hear the following items:
CONTINUED FROM JUNE 17, 2015 MEETING:
1. Robert LaPierre for 240 Washington Street (501, 228, 30): Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance for

two-family dwelling with an area of 8,254sf where 9,600sf required and 50’ lot frontage, 80’ required.


2. Birches Development LLC for Sterling Lane ( 770, 779, 74): Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance for building height of 49’8” where 35’ allowed; 4-story structure where 2.5 stories allowed in RH Zone.

3. Wisvel Joseph for 195 Washington Street ( 500, 226, 13 & 14): Applicant seeks a Special Permit for a Livery Service (Other Transportation) allowed in CG Zone.

4. Stephen Pascoe for 2 Lafayette Square (515, 295, 1): Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance for area and a Special Permit for four 1-bedroom dwelling units in non-conforming building in CG Zone.
5. Heidi Harris, Trustee for 42 Groveland Street (434, 4, 32B): Applicants seeks a Dimensional Variance

for a lot width of 54.71’ thru 48.47’ where 56.25’ required and the driveway length exceeded the 200’

maximum.
6. Ernest Penachio for 36 Ayers Street (504, 240, 2): Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance for lot area,

frontage, lot width and rear yard required in RH Zone. The owner owns the existing non-conforming structure

at 28 Ayers Street. Applicant withdrew an earlier application.


NEW BUSINESS:


7. Richard W. Roberts for 84 Middlesex Street (708, 660, 14): Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance for rear yard setback of 21’ where 30’ required and building coverage of 33% where 25% maximum allowed in RH Zone.
