  1. All the family information gathered by my Uncle Scott Walker II and Craig Smith.

To the Descendants of Dr. Hiram Buell:

Joseph Buell, the father of Hiram Buell, was as far back as Scott Allen Walker II was able to take the Walker family. This may be because the information on the BUELL tombstone in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa wasn’t correct for Joseph.

1. The birth dates for Hiram Buell on the Tombstone, does match another Joseph Buell’s son Hiram. Those ancestors are what are shown here in chart 3 of 3.

2. The picture of the BUELL Tombstone is on the Website.
Note: The starting of the Buell name is about Generation 2060. William20 Buell was born 17 Feb 1605 in Chesterton, Huntingdonshire, England, and died 23 Nov 1681 in Windsor, Hartford Co, Connecticut. He married Mary Post

Samuel and Deborah's children are found on http://monica.odi.ca/b2.html. On this Website, the note "Stepchild" appears for each of the following five children: Mary, John, Hannah, David, Josiah. But their birthdates below come between the birthdates for the other children, so it's hard to imagine how the five could be either parent's stepchildren.

Possible full name: Samuel William Buell

Notes for Josiah Buell:

Apr 2008: Helen Ullmann's site site has Heil Buell as his child. A better match is Josiah Buell who was born Mar 7, 1692. Married Martha Jeffin Fithiam.

May 2008: Also note, some sites have Martha being married to his spouse, being married Jun 20, 1716. It looks like this Martha was married to the above Josiah, b Mar 7, 1692.

More research is need to be sure information on these 2 Josiah's is correct.

Mar 2011: All information above doesn't match the Welles book. I have deleted his spouse Phoebe Terner. Changed the name back to Josiah from Josiah Jonah Buell. I had added May 2008 per.,
