Script Assistant
Brown Bag Films are looking to recruit the position of Script Assistant:
Job Description:
Assisting the Story Editor and the writing team along with production;

Script distribution to the client and production team; and Script Clearance House;

Script breakdown; maintaining character and line count documents;

Maintaining Script tracking documents;

Preparing materials for the records, setting up character sides, distribution of music and lyric sheets;

Any other deemed necessary by production



Requirements:

Previous industry experience a plus

Experience in database work and maintaining tracking documents

Good understanding of schedules and deadlines

Good communication skills

Organised and detail orientated

Comfortable in working to tight deadlines

Microsoft Office (required); Final Draft (a plus)

Strong knowledge of FTP software (required)

Good Knowledge of Acrobat
