Mandatory & Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with the design, development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM business solutions
Demonstrated experience with current versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Dynamics CRM on-premises
Demonstrated experience and high competency with Custom workflow assembly development
Demonstrated experience and high competency with CRM form programming (i.e. Java Script)
Ability to work transparently and collaboratively, including when making decisions.
A strategic Roadmap for the use and further implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) has been developed for the Department. The department is seeking to engage the services of one qualified and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist to augment its existing Dynamics capability, and work as part of a highly motivated team to deliver a range of business solutions according to the overall programme of work. The FY2017-18 work plan includes solutions to support compliance management, investigations, request management and call, and information centre activities.
The solutions will build on the Microsoft Azure D365 foundation case management capabilities already delivered by the project, and include support for business process workflows, SLAs, dashboards and reports, templates, email, and integration with other systems such as TRIM, the ABR, GIS and possibly SharePoint. Dynamics 365 portal capabilities may also be required.
As a member of the Agile project team, and under the direction of the Project Manager and Team Leader, you will help design, develop and implement Dynamics CRM Case Management solutions to meet the needs of a range of business areas. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist will work closely with the Business area(s), Project Manager, Business Analysis, and Tester to design and develop solutions within Case Management that align with the project goals.
Key deliverables include:
Requirement / user story review feedback
Solution designs, including options analysis where several viable solutions may be possible
Developed Dynamics CRM based solution, in accordance with the agreed design, to deliver the capabilities required by the business requirements
As built solution documentation and configuration / code comments
