My FoI request concerns smoking in vehicles.
Since October 1 2015, it has been illegal in the UK to smoke in a vehicle with anyone under 18 years old. It is also against the law for a driver not to stop someone smoking in these circumstances. The fine for both offences is £50.
How many times did you record this law being violated during October, November and December 2015?

Freedom of Information Act
During a formal hearing officers from Rochdale MBC Trading Standards Department and Rochdale Council corporately told lies to the Manchester Employment Tribunal.

Greater Manchester Police recovered the emails. They clearly weren't 'routinely deleted after 90 days'. There were only 235 or so, not 'over 450'.

Notwithstanding that Greater Manchester Police have stated that 'it isn't a crime to lie to an Employment Tribunal' witness their letter to the Police and Crime Commissioner dated 22 March 2013
1. What is your policy on witnesses lying to courts and Employment Tribunals in particular?
2. Do you agree with GMP or do you consider lying whilst under oath to be the criminal offence of perjury?
I did ask the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) witness my emails of 20 Sep 2013 11:08:45, 8 Oct 2013 09:44:45 and 22 October 2013 14:51:22 but they didn't reply so I am taking the unusual step of asking you directly.
3. How many prosecutions have you taken for perjury?
4. Do you consider withholding evidence in this way is an attempt at perverting the course of justice?
5. How many prosecutions have you taken for perverting, or attempting to pervert the course of justice?
6. Given that the contents are completely true, would your force have any objections to me distributing the enclosed leaflet?
7. What can I do to get the matter addressed?
I happen to be disabled.
8. Does that make any difference?
I have also reported a 'hate crime' to GMP but they have ignored me. I understand a 'hate crime' is one which is motivated against someone who is, for example, disabled as I am.
9. Is it your policy to ignore reports of 'hate crimes'?
The 'Independent' Police Complaints Authority won't do anything, nor will the Police and Crime Commissioner, nor will my MP, nor will the MP for Rochdale
10. What can I do to have that addressed?
