Dear FOI Team
May I ask two questions:
Q1) How people have been given:

a) a warning

b) a Fixed Penalty Notice

c) a referral to court

for either smoking in a car that is carrying someone who is under the age of 18 or for a driver not to stop someone smoking in these circumstances (since the legislation was implemented on 1 October 2015.)

Q2) Please give detail on the circumstances in which each person was either warned, fined or referred to court (if the time limit allows)

Kind regards

I am writing in regard to the recent announcements to close a number of Police stations to the public; including in Felixstowe and Woodbridge. This is obviously a significant change to front line policing and I am interested to know more about the impact it will have on my constituents. I would be grateful if you could address the following:
How many times were both of these stations visited over the last five years and for what purpose?

In 2005, Bury St Edmunds had earned a reputation for having a police service that was pro-active in responding to Domestic Violence cases against female residents.

This led to a number of women fleeing their violent partners and seeking a new life in the area between 2005 and 2005.

1) How many women who reported Domestic Violence to The Local Neighbourhood Team, Central Bury St Edmunds in 2009 then became victims of poor data management that led to their arrest?

I refer to the timescale of 1st January 2005 to 1st January 2013.

2) How many of those victims of Domestic Violence sought mediation with Suffolk Constabulary between 2011 and 2013?

** AMENDMENT RECEIVED**
Dear Freedom Of Information (Suffolk),

Please acknowledge correction to original FOI request;

I originally wrote; "This led to a number of women fleeing their

violent partners and seeking a new life in the area between 2005

and 2005."

I meant 2005 and 2006;

Due to having no access to any healthcare services, I have been

unable to access prescription glasses & therefore am prone to

making basic keyboard errors on here. As demonstrated on this and

other FOI requests on here.

Yours sincerely,

**CLARIFICATION RECEIVED**

Dear Freedom Of Information (Suffolk),

Thank you for asking for me to bring clarity to my FOI. You wrote;

Could you please confirm whether the data you are requesting for

question 1, is for the 2009 calendar year only, of whether you also

require data for the 2005-2013 time range?

I would like a transparent answer to both queries but due to my

having come into conflict with your department over matters of

transparency, I have given your team an option.

A) Your team can either provide the data just for 2009

or to provide data that would relate to an extended search

B) from 2005 to 2013.

Anyone reading my previous FOI requests to this Public Sector

organisation will see that your department accuse me of being

"vexatious" when I make an enquiry. Your department and I have been

brought into conflict due to your apparent refusal to comply with

my legitimate requests for transparency. You will be aware, if my

data has been protected, that my formal requests for clarity

started in private in February 2011 and then my requests became

public on this volunteer led website since 2014.

Yours sincerely,

Please can you tell me how many requests have been made under Clare’s Law (the Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme) since it went nationwide on 08 March 2014. I.e. the number of requests made to your constabulary between 08 March 2014 and 08 February 2016.
I am doing a nationwide FoI to see how effective the law has been in the two years it has been running, so if you could get back to me by the end of February, that would be greatly appreciated.
Please could you break down the figures as follows:
Number of requests made

Number of requests which were ‘right to ask’

Number of requests which were ‘right to know’

Number of requests which resulted in disclosure

Sex of the victims.

Dear Officer

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please can you provide me with:

To clarify, this refers to callouts to prisons as detailed in Avon and Somerset's log here: https://www.avonandsomerset.police.uk/media/52482/police-call-outs-to-hmp-bristol.pdf
Please send me the data requested in the form of an Excel spreadsheet or as a csv file.

If you need any clarification then please email me.

Under your section 16 duty to provide advice and assistance I would expect you to contact me if you find this request unmanageable in any way so we can negotiate how best to proceed.
