Located in Duluth Minnesota, in Canal Park, The Inn on Lake Superior is a classic Duluth Hotel that offers a unique lodging experience for the traveler.







Contract Details:


Local Hotel contract rates are for guest rooms for transient business and do not apply to groups or conferences. Group and conference rates must be negotiated separately with each hotel.

All the hotels accept major credit cards or will accept a purchase order and direct bill to the University department. When making reservations refer to the U-Wide Contract number.

Most of the contract hotels offer guaranteed Last Room Availability. This means that if they have a room available, it will be offered to you at the University of Minnesota contract rate.

For the contract hotels that do not offer Last Room Availability, this means that they block a percentage of their rooms at the contract rate (based on occupancy demand) and when those rooms are gone, the hotel does not have to offer you the University of Minnesota contract rate.

$90 plus taxes - Weekday
$130 plus taxes - Weekend*

June 1 to September 30 - Single/Double Occupancy
$110 plus taxes - Weekday
$160 plus taxes - Weekend*

*Rates not valid on Special Event weekends


Blackout Dates include 4th of July, New Year's Eve, Grandma's Marathon, Blues Festival, In-line Marathon.
